When Karan Johar REJECTED Twinkle Khanna

Writer-former actress Twinkle Khanna has suggested a sequel titled "My Name is Khanna" to filmmaker and friend Karan Johar, who made Shah Rukh Khan and Kajol-starrer "My Name is Khan" in 2010.

Karan took to Twitter on Monday to praise her act in a campaign. "So...Mrs Funny Bones (Twinkle) you nail it with your words and now you are excelling in front of the camera...you go girl!"

To which, Twinkle joked: "Since you are so impressed can I suggest a sequel to 'My Name is Khan'? Add two alphabets and call it 'My Name is Khanna', and cast me."

Karan, who has often said that Twinkle turned down a role in his debut film "Kuch Kuch Hota Hai", said: "Darling you rejected my first offer ever! Now I am hurt forever... Lodging my emotional complaint to Google India."

If not the big screen, the two friends were seen on the small screen in his show "Koffee With Karan" earlier this year.

Another star kid is gearing up for his Bollywood debut...

Actress Bhagyashree' son Abhimanyu Dasani is all set to make his Bollywood debut in a quirky action comedy "Mard Ko Dard Nahi Hota" by production banner Phantom Films.

The film is directed by Vasan Bala, who wrote and directed the 2012 crime-thriller "Peddlers". It will also launch Radhika Madan.

"Vasan (Bala) has written a superbly funny and kick ass martial arts film, the likes of which I have neither read nor seen. It's so local and so new that you can't help but marvel at it," filmmaker Anurag Kashyap said in a statement.

Kashyap says he is glad to produce the film.

"We at Phantom, hope it becomes a never before seen franchise with these maddeningly crazy characters," he added.

The film marks a synergy between Phantom film's Anurag Kashyap and his long time assistant Vasan Bala, who has been working with the film maker since "Dev D".

The film also features Tamil star Vijay Sethupati in a key role. Other details about the upcoming movie is kept under wraps.

Kamya Punjabi's short film 'Hum Kuch Kah Na Sake' which was released on Pratyusha Banerjee's first death anniversary is a subject to many controversies.

Right after the announcement of the film's release, Pratyusha's boyfriend Rahul Raj Singh took a stand against it claiming that Kamya is trying to defame him. 

He also got a 'Stay Order' on the release of the short film.  

Despite all the drama, Kamya went on to screen the film claiming that she had not received any such notice. 

Now, Rahul's lawyer has said that the lady can be jailed upto 6 months for releasing the film despite the 'Stay Order' and that Kamya's maid has signed an acknowledgment receipt of the same. 

In conversation with one of the entertainment portals, Rahul's lawyer mentioned that Kamya does not understand the gravity of the issue and that she should seek some advice from a good lawyer. 

When India Forums contacted Kamya, she said, "If I am contacted legally, my lawyer will take care of it. I don't want to give importance to this issue anymore."

A spoof video of Hrithik Roshan dancing to the tunes of a popular Bhojpuri track has gone viral on the internet.

The video is a take off from a scene from Hrithik's debut film Kaho Na Pyaar Hai. 

The scene where Hrithik is seen flaunting his dancing moves had become a major talking point for the audience 17 years ago, the same has now been rekindled in this amusing spoof video.

The video is a hilarious take, with the actor seen grooving to the sassy beats of the Bhojpuri hit track, 'Tu Lagavelu Lipastic' 

Shared by a Facebook page (Daily social), the video has garnered about 2.3 million views at present and more than 32,000 reactions and over 33,000 shares so far, leaving internet amused. 

The video not only got the Internet talking but also grabbed the attention of Hrithik Roshan himself. 

The actor took to Twitter to share this hilarious spoof video and wrote, "Actually made me laugh out loud."
